Position: SEO Senior Executive Experience Level: Mid-Level Reporting to: Manager Location: Chhatarpur, Delhi Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹55,000 per month (In-Hand) Working:- Alternate Sat Off About the Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic SEO Senior Executive to join our team, dedicated to employing data-driven strategies to boost search engine performance. This role will focus on enhancing organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and supporting our overall business objectives through innovative SEO tactics and best practices. About the Function: Our SEO team plays a critical role in optimizing website performance, utilizing advanced keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO methods. The goal is to increase visibility and drive organic growth, contributing significantly to our broader marketing and business efforts. Role Overview: As an SEO Senior Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that improve website rankings and drive traffic. You'll collaborate with Product, Tech, and Content teams to ensure alignment with business goals and SEO objectives. The role requires both technical expertise and strategic insights to optimize on-page and off-page elements, conduct audits, and analyze performance. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities. Create and execute both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost website visibility and rankings. Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to enhance search engine performance. Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Omniture, and Screaming Frog to monitor and analyze website performance. Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues that affect website performance and indexing. Stay informed on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Generate SEO performance reports and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Assist in developing link-building strategies to improve domain authority. Qualifications & Experience: Should have experience in Ed Tech Industry Bachelor's degree in any field. A minimum of 5 years of proven SEO experience, with a track record of improving search engine rankings and increasing organic traffic. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. In-depth understanding of SEO techniques, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management platforms. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Key Success Factors: Technical Expertise: Proven ability to conduct SEO audits and implement solutions to improve website performance. Analytical Thinking: Skill in interpreting SEO data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions. Adaptability: Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO developments and adjusting strategies accordingly. Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams. Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement long-term SEO strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
