Role Overview:

As an SEO Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence by developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives and contribute to the overall digital strategy.


Key Responsibilities:


Keyword Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to target relevant keywords and improve search engine rankings.

On-Page Optimization:

  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs for targeted keywords.
  • Ensure that website structure, internal linking, and technical aspects are aligned with SEO best practices.

Content Development:

  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, making recommendations for improvements.

Technical SEO:

  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance.
  • Optimize website speed, mobile-friendliness, and user experience.

Link Building:

  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
  • Monitor and manage backlink profiles to ensure their quality and relevance.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Utilize SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track performance and generate reports.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of SEO strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Industry Trends & Updates:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Apply industry knowledge to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SEO, preferably in a similar role or within a digital marketing team.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website development principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
