We’re looking for an energetic and tech-savvy HR Executive to join our fast-growing company. You will play a key role in building a high-performing, collaborative culture by driving end-to-end HR operations — from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement, payroll, and compliances. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment, and is passionate about shaping a modern people experience. Recruitment & Onboarding · Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. · Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs. · Create and maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards. HR Operations · Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. · Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.). Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities. · Support internal communication and recognition programs. Performance & Policy Support · Assist in performance management cycles, feedback collection, and data consolidation. · Maintain and update HR policies in alignment with organizational needs. · Support HR analytics and reporting for leadership reviews.  Education & Experience: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-growing organization. · Knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and payroll basics is a must. · Experience using HR tools or Excel-based HR dashboards preferred. Good understanding of HR technology tools and MS Excel.
