Loan Closing & DocumentationJob Location- GurgaonShifts- US Shifts (6 PM to 3 AM)Job PurposeWe are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to join our Lending Operations division. You will be part of the team working as an extension to our US based client ensuring we fulfill the applicable SLA’s. The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end loan closing, funding, and boarding activities across various loan products including new originations, renewals, modifications, and extensions. This role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with closing instructions, and timely disbursement and booking of loans into the core system.Key ResponsibilitiesLoan Closing & DocumentationGenerate loan documents for all product types (New, Renewals, Modifications, Extensions) using LaserProReview signed documentation and validate loan closing items.Complete and validate Closing Instructions (CI) for BHG, Equipment Leasing, and Warehouse loans.Record and maintain tickler items for post-closing follow-up.Loan Funding & BoardingPerform loan boarding/booking activities including Standby Letters of Credit (LC) into the core system – AFS VisionExecute fund disbursement for all loan types in accordance with approved instructions.Post-Closing & ComplianceMaintain vault files and ensure proper documentation storage.Scan and archive signed loan documents, Credit Closing Records (CCRs), and other relevant materials. etc)Key CompetenciesMin 10 years’ experience in Commercial deal closing function, closing document preparation and review across Bilateral & Syndicated LoansUnderstanding of Lending lifecycle with excellent understanding of Loan Agreements, Security agreements and other loan documentsExcellent knowledge in Finastra LaserPro and AFSvisionGood Understanding of loan documentation, closing procedures, and core banking systems.Good understanding of Project Management principlesExcellent written and strong business communication skills to deal with a variety of stakeholdersClient Management skillsCommerce Graduate / MBA (Finance)
