(based on experience)As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for:Planning, executing, and optimising Meta ad campaigns for e-commerce brandsLeading and mentoring junior media buyersWorking closely with the creative team to ensure fast testing cyclesOwning performance for all paid media clientsSalary: Rs.35,0000 to Rs.45,000 per month.This role is ideal for someone who’s been hands-on with Meta ads for at least 2 years and is ready to lead small teams and take full ownership of performance.ResponsibilitiesStrategy & ExecutionPlan and execute Meta ad campaigns (TOF, MOF, BOF)Create media buying strategies tailored to different industries and budgetsScale and optimize campaigns to meet ROAS and CPA goalsImplement testing strategies (creatives, offers, landing pages)Team ManagementOversee 2 junior media buyersGuide them on campaign setups, troubleshooting, and daily optimizationsReview and approve campaigns before they go liveConduct weekly training sessions to upskill the teamCreative CollaborationWork with designers and copywriters to generate test-worthy creativesGive clear briefs based on performance dataSuggest hooks, formats, and structures that have worked in the pastReporting & AnalysisCreate weekly and monthly performance reportsAnalyze and present data-driven insights to internal stakeholdersTrack KPIs across all accounts (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.)Client CommunicationJoin strategy calls when neededProvide updates or explain performance during escalationsRequirementsMust-Haves2 to 4 years of experience running Meta ads for D2C or e-commerce brandsStrong understanding of full-funnel performance marketingSolid grasp of campaign structure, CBO vs ABO, retargeting, and scaling strategiesExperience in A/B testing creatives, hooks, angles, and offersFamiliarity with Google Sheets, ClickUp/Asana, and ad reporting toolsGood to HaveExperience managing a small teamBasic understanding of copywriting principlesAbility to work cross-functionally with creatives and clientsTraits We’re Looking ForOwnership mentalityFast execution with attention to detailHungry to grow and build systemsStrong communication skills and ability to lead a team
