About the Role
MarkovML seeks a strategic, data-savvy Growth Marketer to drive growth through effective paid media campaigns. In this role, you'll accelerate business expansion, using data-driven strategies to build and optimize campaigns across key channels. If you’re passionate about experimentation, data insights, and collaborative execution, we want you on our team
Key Responsibilities
Lead Multichannel Paid Acquisition
Own paid acquisition across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
Implement targeted campaigns that drive pipeline growth and measurable business outcomes.
Develop & Execute Data-Driven Campaigns
Create and manage paid media strategies focused on achieving efficient and scalable growth.
Optimize campaigns to ensure performance aligns with business goals, maximizing engagement and reach.
Optimize Through Testing & Experimentation
Design A/B tests across creative elements, audience segments, and bidding strategies.
Use insights from tests to iterate quickly, continuously refining campaigns to improve performance.
Turn Data into Actionable Insights
Analyze campaign metrics to uncover insights that fuel performance improvements.
Communicate results and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proven Experience: Background in paid media and performance marketing.
Strategic Mindset: Passion for growth, experimentation, and using data to inform decisions.
Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
Qualifications
Skills in Growth Marketing & Marketing Analytics: Expertise in driving measurable growth and interpreting analytics.
Growth Hacking & Lead Generation: Innovative approaches to engage and expand our audience.
Web Analytics Proficiency: Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance.
Experience in Display Advertising Optimization: Knowledge in maximizing display ad impact.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled in identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
Collaboration & Communication Abilities: Team-oriented with strong communication skills to support cross-functional alignment.
Bachelor’s Degree: Marketing, Business, or a related field.
