The incumbent will be responsible for spearheading strategy, innovation, and execution of formulation development for regulated markets, with a strong focus on USFDA submissions and ANDA filings. The role demands expertise in complex dosage forms, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of driving successful product development pipelines for global markets.Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership- Define and implement the F&D strategy aligned with company’s global growth objectives, particularly for the US market.- Drive innovation in formulations across Oral Solid Dosage (OSD), Injectables, and other complex dosage forms.- Oversee portfolio selection, feasibility analysis, and lifecycle management of products.- Regulatory & Compliance- Lead ANDA/NDA submissions for the US market and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards (USFDA, MHRA, EMA, etc.).- Provide technical and strategic inputs during regulatory inspections and audits.- Operations Management- Oversee end-to-end formulation development activities including pre-formulation, formulation optimization, scale-up, and technology
