The incumbent will be responsible for spearheading strategy, innovation, and execution of formulation development for regulated markets, with a strong focus on USFDA submissions and ANDA filings . The role demands expertise in complex dosage forms, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of driving successful product development pipelines for global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDefine and implement the F&D strategy aligned with company’s global growth objectives, particularly for the US market.Drive innovation in formulations across Oral Solid Dosage (OSD), Injectables, and other complex dosage forms.Oversee portfolio selection, feasibility analysis, and lifecycle management of products.Regulatory & ComplianceLead ANDA/NDA submissions for the US market and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards (USFDA, MHRA, EMA, etc.).Provide technical and strategic inputs during regulatory inspections and audits.Operations ManagementOversee end-to-end formulation development activities including pre-formulation, formulation optimization, scale-up, and technology
