Pune, Maharashtra, specialising in process equipment design for industries such

as Oil & Gas, Refinery, and pharmaceutical.

About the Role:

As an FEA Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking finite element analysis

(FEA) engineering activities, analysing results, providing technical solutions, and

conducting feasibility studies.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

- Methodology for Analysis

- 3D CAD modelling and geometry pre-processing

- Meshing

- Loading and Boundary conditions

- Post-processing with result validation

- PreparaNon of output report

- Project CoordinaNon

- Developing quality solutions and ensuring timely deliveries

- Project quality management and documentation

- Assisting with standardisation of products, processes, tools, and calculation

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Work Domain: Process Equipment design for various industries

- Tools Knowledge: ANSYS Workbench, SolidWorks etc.

- Standards/Codes Knowledge: ASME, TEMA, API-579, EEMUA, EN13445

- Expertise in Finite Element, Modal analysis and various stress analysis

- Ability to read and interpret drawings

- Project Planning and Execution skills

- Proficiency in MS Oce suite

Requirements:

- QualificaNon: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical/Thermal/Design)

- Work Experience: Min. 1 year of professional experience

- Experience in CAE- Ansys Mechanical

Schedule: Full-time

Hours: 9.30 AM 6.30 PM (IST); Saturday-Sunday off.
