Job Description: We are seeking an experienced FEA Engineer for a managerial position with over 4-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finite element analysis using ANSYS Mechanical Workbench and a proven track record in handling projects within the oil & gas, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FEA projects and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Conduct finite element analysis and interpret results
- Oversee CAD modeling, meshing, loading, boundary conditions, and post-processing
- Provide technical solutions and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution
- Ensure adherence to industry standards (ASME, API-579, etc.)
- Mentor junior engineers and standardize analysis methodologies Requirements:
- Education: B. E/B. Tech/M. Tech in Mechanical, Thermal, or Design Engineering
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in finite element analysis (FEA) within oil & gas, petrochemical, or pharmaceutical industries
- Skills: Strong knowledge of ANSYS Mechanical Workbench, Solid Works, and relevant standards (ASME, API, etc.)
