Job Opening: Lead & Senior Developer (.NET & Oracle)We are looking for an experienced Lead & Developer (.NET & Oracle) to join our EMS team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can own end-to-end delivery, guide development teams, and drive architectural and modernization initiatives across enterprise-grade applications.Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver end-to-end technical ownership of modules/features with a strong focus on architecture, scalability, security, and performance.- Mentor and guide developers on design patterns, coding standards, unit testing, and CI/CD best practices.- Define and implement robust technical solutions that align with enterprise standards and meet delivery timelines.- Collaborate with product owners, BAs, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical designs.- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and coach SSE/SE teams to strengthen engineering quality.- Drive technical discussions, propose enhancements, and lead modernization initiatives (framework upgrades, performance tuning, cloud adoption).- Ensure seamless implementation of Agile/Scrum practices, proactively identify risks, and remove technical impediments.- Act as the primary technical liaison for customers during estimations, release planning, and production readiness.- Establish strong best practices in technical documentation, version control, build & deployment processes, and support transitions.Required Skills & Experience- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft .NET technologies with proven leadership in enterprise applications.- Strong hands-on expertise in:- ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET Core, MVC, C#, Oracle PL/SQL- JavaScript, Windows Services- Third-party frameworks: Telerik, Crystal Reports, Aspose- Solid experience with GIT, SVN/Tortoise SVN, CI/CD pipelines, build & deployment automation.- Excellent understanding of OOP, design patterns, debugging, and performance tuning.- Proficient with SQL tools such as Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD, and expertise in stored procedures, triggers, indexing, and query optimization.- Strong exposure to full SDLC, Agile/Scrum delivery, and customer-facing collaboration.- Ability to create/review unit test plans and enforce test coverage and automation.- Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, RDS, SES, SNS, SQS), logging practices, and basic cloud monitoring.- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and mentor teams.✨ Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills- Experience with cloud migration, AWS performance tuning, and database upgrade projects.- Background in modernization efforts such as UI revamps, .NET version upgrades, or Oracle migration.- Exposure to containerization, load balancers, application security fundamentals, and identity integrations (SSO, OAuth, etc.).Why Join Us?- Opportunity to lead technical delivery for high-impact enterprise systems- Work on modernization, cloud adoption, and performance-heavy applications- Collaborative environment with strong focus on engineering excellence- Leadership role with strategic influence and cutting-edge technology exposureIf you are a proactive technology leader with strong .NET & Oracle expertise and a passion for building scalable, secure enterprise applications—we’d love to meet you @
