Job Opening: Lead & Senior Developer (.NET & Oracle) We are looking for an experienced Lead & Developer (.NET & Oracle) to join our EMS team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can own end-to-end delivery, guide development teams, and drive architectural and modernization initiatives across enterprise-grade applications. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver end-to-end technical ownership of modules/features with a strong focus on architecture, scalability, security, and performance . Mentor and guide developers on design patterns, coding standards, unit testing , and CI/CD best practices . Define and implement robust technical solutions that align with enterprise standards and meet delivery timelines. Collaborate with product owners, BAs, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical designs. Conduct thorough code reviews , provide constructive feedback, and coach SSE/SE teams to strengthen engineering quality. Drive technical discussions, propose enhancements, and lead modernization initiatives (framework upgrades, performance tuning, cloud adoption). Ensure seamless implementation of Agile/Scrum practices , proactively identify risks, and remove technical impediments. Act as the primary technical liaison for customers during estimations, release planning, and production readiness. Establish strong best practices in technical documentation, version control, build & deployment processes , and support transitions.
