The role ensures that the LMS effectively supports training, compliance, and development initiatives. The LMS Manager collaborates with internal stakeholders, content developers, and vendors to deliver a seamless and engaging learner experience. Manage daily operations of the LMS (e.g., user management, course uploads, testing, reporting). Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and training requirements across different departments and employee levels. Identify opportunities to enhance the LMS and training programs to improve user experience and effectiveness. Implement and maintain system configurations, workflows, and notifications. Identify Competency/Skill gap Analysis. Content Management : Upload and organize e-learning, instructor-led, and blended learning content. Support course development efforts in SCORM and other formats. Analyze learning data to recommend improvements or highlight gaps. Support & Training : Provide training and support to end-users (learners, managers, administrators). Recommend system enhancements and integrations with other HR/IT systems (e.g., Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical /Electrical) HR Software tools like - GreytHR | SAP Experience - 15-20 Years Experience with integrating LMS with HRIS or other enterprise systems HR Team | EMMVEE
