Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Qualitative Researcher in Education Research at Prayoga in Bengaluru. The Qualitative Researcher will be responsible for conducting market research, utilizing analytical skills, applying ethnographic methods, conducting research, and incorporating quantitative research techniques in education studies.
Qualifications
Market Research and Analytical Skills
Ethnography Research
Strong qualitative and quantitative research abilities
Experience in conducting education research
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Qualitative data analysis
Responsible for working alongside the education research team
Actively participate and interact with the implementation team working towards achieving research objectives
Identify relevant qualitative tools in the field of education research and contribute in the development/ testing of the same
provide support in the areas of research, data analysis and reporting
A graduate/master degree in science/mathematics/social sciences/humanities. Master degree in Education (M.Ed)/ MA in Education/ MA in Education Psychology/ MA sociology or any equivalent degree in humanities desired
Experience in qualitative data analysis and knowledge of softwares for qualitative data analysis (like MAXQDA, NVivo etc.)
Minimum Requirements

willingness to learn and contribute
understanding of education psychology

good hands-on experience in data analysis preferred
