Customer Success Manager (Founder-track role)
Bangalore, India (with extensive travel across India)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: ₹12–16 LPA CTC (inclusive of performance bonus) + handsome equity allocation for the right candidate
Our mission is to make construction climate-positive while ensuring performance, cost efficiency, and speed. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will operate with the ownership and drive of a founder . This is not a routine role — it requires taking complete charge of solution delivery, building systems from scratch, obsessing over customer impact, and ensuring Agrocrete® and BINDR™ projects succeed on speed, quality, and scale.
In addition to managing solution delivery and customer success , the CSM will also support the sales team by scoping pilots, coordinating delivery of samples/starter kits, and ensuring smooth implementation during proof-of-concept phases with new customers.
The CSM will spend significant time at customer sites across India, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, contractors, and client teams, while representing customer needs back into GreenJams. For the right candidate, this role includes substantial equity ownership , reflecting the expectation that you’ll help shape not only execution but also the company’s growth story.
Solution Architecture & Implementation
Oversee on-site implementation and ensure adherence to speed and quality benchmarks.
Systems & Process Building
Customer Success & Advocacy
Coordinate end-to-end delivery across internal teams, contractors, and customers.
Sales Support & Pilot Implementation
o Collaborate with sales teams to scope pilot projects and POCs .
o Coordinate sample/starter kit delivery and oversee implementation at customer sites.
o Ensure pilots demonstrate the value of Agrocrete® and BINDR™ convincingly to support conversions.
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Experience: 3–6 years as Site Civil Engineer or Project/Site Architect .
A people’s person — builds relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60–70% of time).
Obsessive focus on solution delivery, quality, and speed .
