Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our (Branch Location) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase revenue, and expand market share.

2. Branch Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.

3. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.

4. Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

5. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement local marketing and promotion strategies to raise brand awareness and drive sales.

6. Financial Management: Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.

7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the branch operates in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and laws.

8. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on branch performance, including sales, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.


Requirements:


1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the tours and travel industry, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.

3. Skills:

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Proven sales and marketing skills.

- Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
