Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Branch Office Operations Manager to lead the daily activities of our Hyderabad branch office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all center operations and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch office in Hyderabad
  • Supervise and lead a team of employees, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided by the center
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Educational leadership abilities
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and educational leadership abilities. We offer a competitive salary package, which includes a basic pay of ₹800,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.
