You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in.Qualifications:- 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, preferably in eCommerce.- Background in user experience, visual design, or program management is preferred.- Design thinking mindset.- Experience working in Agile framework.- Organizational and leadership abilities.- Excellent communication skills.- Problem-solving skills.- Creative thinking skills.- Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.- Ability to effectively engage and motivate large groups by providing thought leadership.- Adaptable and proactively able to move with change while maintaining a positive attitude.- BS/BA in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field; MS desired.- Demonstrated project management experience.- Leading by example and embodying our values.Technologies and Tools Required:- Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. We use Jira.- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot. We use Salesforce.- Familiarity with UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
