Job Title: Google Workspace Admin/ GCP /

Experience : 4yrs to 10yrs

Salary : 20Lpa to 30Lpa

Shift : (Rotational shift)

Placement Type : Full time Permanent Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • collaboration applications including, but not limited to Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Box, Lucid chart, Asana, Tableau, Slack, SurveyMonkey, and Quip
  1. Google Workspace - primarily Google Drive & Editors (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Forms, Drawing) and AppScripts, 3rd party add-ons and custom integrations
  2. Microsoft Office 365 – All O365 apps, including Power Automate and all 3rd party integrations and custom developments
  • Deep technical experience with above applications (APIs, integrations) for daily maintenance tasks, system configuration, and custom solution development
  • Ability to offer deep application features consulting, including the execution of exception evaluations and new SaaS application request intakes
  • Handle objections with professionalism and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to improve call quality and overall performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, process guidelines, and US calling regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 4–10 years of experience in GCP/Google workspace /Google Cloud Platforms
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mandatory skill is Google App Engine, Also known as GAE ..
  • Goal-oriented, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Must be capable to provide support and guidance on GCP operations and services depending upon enterprise needs
