(Fill the details)- Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.- Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.Eligibility:- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shiftsSkills:- Knowledge of MS Office- Exposure to ERP (Oracle, SAP / Ariba / PEGA)Responsibilities:CatLog Creation & Onboarding- Create and onboard new CatLog items based on procurement inputs and vendor data.- Validate item attributes such as pricing, specifications, and supplier details.- Coordinate with sourcing and category teams to ensure catalogue completenessCatLog Updates & Maintenance- Regularly update catalogue entries for price changes, item availability, and vendor modifications.- Ensure catalogue alignment with contracts and purchase agreements.- Maintain version control and audit logs for catalogue changesCompliance & Quality Assurance- Ensure catalogue data integrity and adherence to master data governance policies.- Support catalogue audits and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.- Leverage GenAI tools for catalogue summarization and guided indenting where applicable.Reporting & Analytics- Generate catalogue adoption reports and usage metrics.- Identify gaps in catalogue coverage and propose enhancements.- Support spends analytics and category insights using catalogue data.
