Orientation
Preparing reporting sheets, document checklist, etc. for Orientation Program as per instructions from Program Conveners.
Documents Checking and Student File Preparation, Preparation of Master Data File of Student Records as per instructions from Dean.
Attendance
Daily Attendance Report (Morning) Preparation
(coordinate with subject faculty for providing the attendance with the help of Program convener)
Follow up
Calling students who are absent without information and preparing the report on a daily basis.
Forwarding the report to respective Program Chair keeping and Dean in cc
I-Cards
Compiling data for I-Card preparation and distribution of I-Cards to students
Uniform
Coordinating measurements for uniform and distribution of uniform.
Status report to be sent to Program Chair marking copy to Dean on the day of measurements, distribution etc and also update weekly basis till the complete distribution and alteration process is completed
Attendance
Attendance sheets preparation & handing over to Program Conveners
Preparing daily attendance report in the morning
Daily calling and LOC dispatch as per system and calling parents of problem cases for meeting
Preparing Class Time Table from Adjusted Faculty Time Table provided by Program Chair and submitting daily report as per adjustments to Dean
Marking Attendance of the Events on ERP
Taking hourly rounds to ensure conduction of all classes on time
Academic Quality
Making arrangements for special sessions and workshops
Assistance in uploading data on AICTE portal
Assistance in uploading of AISHE data
Fee
Calling for fee follow up and sending LOCs as instructed by Program Chair
Physical Infrastructure
Taking round of all the floors associated with ABS and reporting the infrastructure related issues to the Program Chair and Dean over email.
Notice Board Management under Supervision of Program Chair
AEG Events
Maintaining records of student attendance and participation during events and bearing other responsibilities as assigned for the event
Club Activities
Compiling club preferences given by students
Notifying students on notice board regarding activities approved by Dean
Compiling attendance of club activities taken from Club Coordinators
Coordinating with DSW
Student Coordination with DSW and ensuring Compliance
