to lead and manage our dynamic editorial team. This role serves as the critical bridge between the editorial team and management, ensuring smooth communication, efficient workflows, and timely delivery of high-quality educational materials.The ideal candidate is an experienced educator or academic professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving excellence in content creation.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary liaison between the editorial team and the management, ensuring clear communication of goals, feedback, and expectations.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of curriculum-aligned content, including textbooks, supplementary materials, and digital resources.Provide guidance and mentorship to the editorial team, ensuring adherence to pedagogical standards and project timelines.Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain the quality, accuracy, and relevance of the content in alignment with

NEP

and

NCF

guidelines.Review and approve content drafts before submission to management.Monitor team performance, address challenges, and foster a positive and productive work environment.Coordinate with graphic designers, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the final product meets the organization’s standards.Develop and implement workflows to optimize the editorial process and ensure consistency in quality.Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.Experience in education, academic coordination, or editorial management.Strong understanding of curriculum development and alignment with NEP and NCF guidelines.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Proven ability to manage teams and meet project deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital content creation tools.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality educational materials.
