Move In Sync’s full-stack solution, Move In Sync One, offers end-to-end outsourcedemployee transport solutions for enterprises.Deputy Controller – Job DescriptionRole Summary:Responsible for financial reporting, accounting operations, controls, and audit management. Ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all finance processes.Key Responsibilities- Lead monthly/quarterly/year-end close and prepare financial statements.- Oversee GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and reconciliations.- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards IND AS.- Handle statutory, internal, and tax audit coordination.- Support tax compliance and regulatory filings.- Partner with FP&A and business teams to provide accounting insights.- Drive process improvements and automation.- Lead and mentor the accounting team.Qualifications- CA / CPA preferred.- 4-7 years in accounting, financial reporting, or controllership.- Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with ERPs.- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
