Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive Locations: Rudrapur | Nainital | Almora | Pithoragarh, UttarakhandCompany: Global Environmental Solution (CBWTF)Job Overview: Global Environmental Solution is seeking four dynamic Sales and Marketing Executives to represent our bio-medical waste management services across key districts of Uttarakhand. The ideal candidates will have strong connections within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry and a proven track record in bio-medical waste or pharmaceutical sales .Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare facilities in the assigned region.Explain the importance and process of proper bio-medical waste handling and disposal.Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors and healthcare decision-makers.Negotiate and finalize service agreements and contracts.Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase outreach.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Requirements: Proven experience in sales and marketing within the bio-medical waste or pharmaceutical sector .Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.Knowledge of Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 preferred.Benefits: Competitive salary and attractive performance-based incentives.Opportunity to represent the leading environmental service provider.Career growth in a professional and sustainability-driven organization.
