We are seeking a passionate and talented CRM Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and innovative CRM Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to increase customer re-engagement, improve retention and lead our CRM efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about using data-driven strategies to enhance customer lifetime value and improve overall engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and leverage customer data to create marketing strategies.
Capture insights from analytics to build & implement consumer marketing strategies for personalisation and campaigns - build consumer journeys, value exchange, engagement and retention programs.
Drive and deliver key metrics - Member activation, retention, open rates, CTOR, visits, transactions & sales.
Manage CRM operations, analyse and prepare reports on the performance of re-engagement and retention initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and reactivation efforts.
Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests and other conversion optimisation experiments.
Utilise strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Customer Re-engagement Manager, CRM Manager, or similar role.
Solid understanding of CRM systems and customer lifecycle management.
Proficient in using CRM platforms like Hub Spot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc., with the ability to create and manage automated campaigns and customer journeys.
Proven ability to create, execute, and optimize successful CRM campaigns that drive customer re-engagement, retention and revenue growth.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with loyalty programs and retention-focused initiatives.
Experience with Email and SMS marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
