I am currently looking for an MES Platform Architect who has proven experience with Siemens Opcenter MES and Connect MOM within a global digital transformation project.Start: ASAPDuration: 6 months contract into permanent positionLocation: IndiaHybrid: 3 days onsiteIndustry: PharmaceuticalKey Responsibilities:- Lead the design and implementation of Siemens Opcenter MES and Connect MOM globally.- Oversee digital transformation, ensuring system scalability and alignment with business goals.- Customize solutions to meet the business requirements.- Mentor junior team members and drive technical excellence.- Act as a technical and functional translator between business and IT teams.Requirements:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 7+ years of experience in IT, with 3+ years specifically working with Siemens Opcenter MES and Connect.- 5+ years of experience in digital data and RGM technology project management.- Proven experience with Commercial Revenue Enablement, RGM, and TPM solutions (e.g., XTEL, Kantar, Enterra).- Strong understanding of RGM data architecture, data models (ERP sell-in, syndicated market data, TPM, and financial data).- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Data Architecture/Engineering and Commercial/Sales/RGM business teams.- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with strong documentation and stakeholder management abilities.- Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid project management methodologies.
