I am currently looking for an MES Platform Architect who has proven experience with Siemens Opcenter MES and Connect MOM within a global digital transformation project.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months contract into permanent position

Location: India

Hybrid: 3 days onsite

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Siemens Opcenter MES and Connect MOM globally.
  • Oversee digital transformation, ensuring system scalability and alignment with business goals.
  • Customize solutions to meet the business requirements.
  • Mentor junior team members and drive technical excellence.
  • Act as a technical and functional translator between business and IT teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT, with 3+ years specifically working with Siemens Opcenter MES and Connect.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital data and RGM technology project management.
  • Proven experience with Commercial Revenue Enablement, RGM, and TPM solutions (e.g., XTEL, Kantar, Enterra).
  • Strong understanding of RGM data architecture, data models (ERP sell-in, syndicated market data, TPM, and financial data).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Data Architecture/Engineering and Commercial/Sales/RGM business teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with strong documentation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid project management methodologies.
