We are seeking a passionate Medical Doctor (Ayush) for Clinical Sales and Marketing. To promote our drug-free therapies for chronic diseases. The ideal candidate will empower patients to make informed health decisions by combining clinical expertise with exceptional communication and empathy.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to promote drug-free therapies to patients with chronic diseases.
Implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
Develop educational materials on managing chronic diseases
Provide personalized guidance and support to patients on their wellness journey.
Empower patients to take an active role in their health through evidence-based information.
Work closely with internal teams to align sales & marketing activities with company objectives.
Provide feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Develop individualized wellness plans incorporating lifestyle modifications.
Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, and stress management.
Monitor patient progress and adjust wellness plans as needed.
Build strong, trusting relationships with patients.
Maintain detailed patient records and track progress.
Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns and providing timely support.
Track KPIs and provide regular reports on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
AYUSH Qualification (BAMS/BHMS/BUMS or equivalent).
1-2 years of clinical experience treating patients with chronic diseases.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and patients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passion for promoting drug-free therapies and empowering patients.
Experience in digital marketing and social media engagement.
