About the Company:

We are seeking a passionate Medical Doctor (Ayush) for Clinical Sales and Marketing. To promote our drug-free therapies for chronic diseases. The ideal candidate will empower patients to make informed health decisions by combining clinical expertise with exceptional communication and empathy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to promote drug-free therapies to patients with chronic diseases.
  • Implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop educational materials on managing chronic diseases
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to patients on their wellness journey.
  • Empower patients to take an active role in their health through evidence-based information.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales & marketing activities with company objectives.
  • Provide feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop individualized wellness plans incorporating lifestyle modifications.
  • Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, and stress management.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust wellness plans as needed.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with patients.
  • Maintain detailed patient records and track progress.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns and providing timely support.
  • Track KPIs and provide regular reports on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • AYUSH Qualification (BAMS/BHMS/BUMS or equivalent).
  • 1-2 years of clinical experience treating patients with chronic diseases.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for promoting drug-free therapies and empowering patients.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media engagement.
