Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service, closing deals, and processing documentation after the sales process is complete
  • Translating the business development team's requirement into actionable and supporting their day-to-day sales
  • Product mapping/benchmarking with products in the markets
  • Strategizing for new products and formulating Plans for different requirements
  • Developing product communication, pitch, USPs, positioning, marketing and allied activities for product promotion to achieve revenue targets
  • Launching of new products and building business partnerships, supervising necessary process and technology integration etc
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Negotiating deals with clients
  • Closing deals
  • Analyzing data and market trends
  • Processing sales transactions
  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of the products or services on the commercial lines domain
  • Good presentation skills and deep understanding of Employee Benefits & Non-Employee Benefits Policies
  • Networking & Hunting to attract potential clients

ISMS Responsibilities:

  • Follow the instructions of Function Heads, operate systems on behalf of Function Heads, and serve users authorized by Function Heads
  • Provide technical consulting assistance to Function Heads so that information systems can be built and run to best meet business objectives
  • Ensure the safeguarding of information in their possession
  • Accept responsibilities for the operation and protection of information assets
  • Perform the work as delegated by the Function Head

Skills Required:

  • Require candidates with prior experience in B2B Insurance Sales
  • Candidate who has knowledge about Insurance products (GMC, GPA, GTL, Property, Fire, Marine, Assets, Liability etc.)
  • Candidate should be self-driven
  • Have the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment
  • Have good presentation skills and be able to convince potential clients
  • Should be willing to travel extensively
