We’re Hiring | ServiceNow Solution Advisor – IRM/SecOps Locations: Shift: 11 AM – 8 PM IST Experience: 3–5 Years | Employment Type: Full-Time Are you a skilled ServiceNow professional with a passion for cyber risk, compliance, and secure platform development? Join us in shaping the next generation of Cyber Risk Management and ServiceNow-powered transformation. Role: ServiceNow Solution Advisor As a ServiceNow Solution Advisor, you’ll design, configure, and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions—specifically across IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, and BCM modules. Ø Design and configure ServiceNow applications (IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, BCM) aligned to business requirements. Ø Develop end-to-end workflows, data models, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, connectors). Ø Lead ServiceNow platform management – upgrades, deployments, troubleshooting. Ø Mentor teams and deliver ServiceNow training for ongoing project success. ✅ Ø 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience with strong exposure to IRM / Security Operations. Ø Hands-on experience in Workspace Configuration, integrations, and automation. Ø Strong understanding of GRC / Cyber Risk / Compliance frameworks. Ø Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (Mandatory). o CIS – Risk & Compliance / Security Incident Response / TPRM / VR o Certified Application Developer (CAD) Ø Experience with ITAM, SAM, HAM, CMDB Ø Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field If you’re passionate about ServiceNow, cybersecurity, and driving digital trust, we’d love to connect io with the subject line — “ServiceNow Solution Advisor”
