Job Description: Senior Power Automate Desktop Developer – UiPath to Power Automate Desktop Migration

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Automate Desktop Developer to lead the migration of complex UiPath bots to Microsoft Power Automate Desktop. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and migrating automation solutions, deploying bots across environments, and solving complex automation challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration of UiPath bots to Power Automate Desktop, ensuring smooth and efficient transition with minimal downtime.
  • Analyze existing UiPath automation workflows to understand logic and processes.
  • Design and implement equivalent workflows in Power Automate Desktop, optimizing performance and maintainability.
  • Deploy automation solutions across development, test, and production environments, ensuring stability and compliance with change management protocols.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure automation solutions align with business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues, including debugging and process reengineering.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Document workflows, changes, deployment processes, and migration strategies comprehensively.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years experience in Power Apps development, with at least 3 years in Power Automate Desktop.
  • Proven track record of migrating complex automation workflows between platforms.
  • Expertise in deploying bots across development, test, and production environments, including validation and monitoring.
  • Strong skills in automation scripting, debugging, and error handling.
  • Familiarity with integrating Power Automate Desktop solutions with external systems and APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with process optimization and reengineering is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Power Automate And /or Power Automate Desktop.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools and services (e.g., Power Apps, Power BI).

Background in developing automation solutions in regulated industries.
