Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Project Manager at Masterline Group located in Mohali district. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the tasks related to the upcomimg new product, covering the launch of our new Mobile application targetted to setup an innovative marketplace.
The candidate, being at IT specialist, should be ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, program management, Preparing and maintaining project plans, reports, and records and utilizing analytical skills to drive project success and managing the team.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Program Management
Experience in Information Technology and Project Planning
Effective Communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project roadblocks efficiently.
Team Training: Train and support team members within the department.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Startup Mindset: Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and resource-constrained environments.
