Job Title: Inside Sales – Lead Generation (Microsoft Dynamics 365 – US Market) Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 days from Office) Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST ⏳ Experience: 3 – 5 Years Employment Type: Full-time (Night Shift) Budget: 11 LPA ✨ About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team and drive lead generation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales prospecting, CRM solutions, and outbound lead generation strategies targeted at mid-sized to large enterprises. Key Responsibilities • Generate qualified leads for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (ERP, CRM, Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) in the US market. • Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to identify and qualify prospects. • Engage with CXOs, VPs, IT Directors, and Operations Heads in Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, and other verticals. • Understand customer needs and pain points to align Dynamics 365 offerings accordingly. • Schedule meetings/demos for the sales/technical team with qualified prospects. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activities in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. • Collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns. • Provide market insights and competitor intelligence. ⚙️ Required Skills & Experience • 2–5years of proven experience in B2B inside sales/lead generation for IT solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM platforms. • Experience in handling the US market and working across time zones. • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. • Strong understanding of lead qualification frameworks like BANT, CHAMP, or MEDDIC. • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar tools. • Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads and activities. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player. Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in selling Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform). • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. • Knowledge of key industries like Manufacturing, Distribution, or Services in the US market.
