Description:
Handling API process development and Synthetic R&D .
Experience in process technology transfer, scaleup and validation in manufacturing facility.
Responsible for development, optimizations and validations.
To develop and produce cost-effective, non-infringing, safe and eco-friendly technologies for the synthesis of reliable APIs and intermediates
Creative capabilities in the areas of organic chemistry in designing and conducting multi step organic synthesis
Handling of Oncology molecules would be added advantage
Identify and implement technologies to expedite the API process.
Thorough understanding on process impurities.
Adhere to timelines.
Provide technical support to plant troubleshooting at all levels like kilo lab requirements, scale-up and commercialization
Desired skills :
Strong analytical skills, strong negotiation skills with ability to strategize
Extensive understanding of the API research process
Thorough knowledge of cGMP and GLP
Demonstrated success in transferring R&D API processes
Awareness of regulatory guidelines and involvement in preparing/filing DMFs to the FDA
Qualification:- Ph.D. Organic chemistry / M.Sc. chemistry
Experience :- 1 years upto 19 years
