PositionR&D ChemistLocationBengaluru Job OverviewAs an R&D Chemist, you will work closely with our R&D Head on various Custom Synthesis and Process Development projects for different kinds of Intermediates, impurities, Specialty Chemicals and Fine Chemicals.Qualifications:MsC degree in chemistry with 3+ years of experience in R&D within speciality chemical companies like Jubilant, Aarti, Laxmi, SRF, Deepak Nitrite, etc.Experience in development and commercialisation of intermediates & actives for agro and pharmaceuticals industry. Roles and Responsibilities:Conduct routine synthetic organic chemistry reactions with procedures supplied and discussed by RnD Manager .Sound chemistry knowledge and good process development skills at Small & Large Scale.Maintain a laboratory notebook with clear descriptions of the reaction scheme, stoichiometry, results and observations consistent with SOPShould have good communication skills and should be ready to work in shifts, if requiredAble to handle different types of organic reactions including high temperature, cryogenic (low temperature) and high pressure reactionsWhy join us ?A chance to join a well-funded company in its early stages, providing you a high growth and learning environment.
