A  Product cum Business Development Executive  is a dual-role position that combines responsibilities related to both product management and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
Collaborate with teams to refine product features and ensure alignment with market demands.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to recommend improvements.
Assist in the development and launch of new products or services.
Provide training and support to the sales team regarding product knowledge.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners or clients.
Sales and Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Support sales efforts by identifying potential leads and converting them into customers.
Analyze sales data and suggest strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Customer Interaction:
Act as a bridge between the product team and the customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and incorporating feedback into product iterations.
Skills and Qualifications:
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Ability to assess market trends and customer behavior.
Strong verbal and written skills for engaging with clients and teams.
Quick thinking and strategic decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software, analytics tools, and industry-specific applications.
