Job Title: Senior Data AnalystLocation: Remote (India)Work Hours: 1 PM – 9 PM ISTExperience: 5+ yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making and champion a data-driven culture across our organization. In this role, you will go beyond traditional analytics — transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions, optimize product performance, and enhance user experience.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guiding them to leverage data effectively while enabling self-service analytics capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help shape the future of our data-driven organization.Key Responsibilities- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights and support strategic decisions within the Product & Technology division.- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to improve product performance and user engagement.- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into analytical solutions.- Design and execute experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to validate hypotheses and measure product enhancements.- Enable product teams to adopt self-service analytics for independent decision-making.- Collaborate directly with product leaders and decision-makers to define KPIs and measure success.- Work closely with engineers to ensure data accuracy, implement tracking solutions, and streamline data pipelines.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in the software or tech industry.- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.- Exceptional communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.- Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.- Experience with Python or R is a plus.EEO:“Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
