In this role, you will go beyond traditional analytics — transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions, optimize product performance, and enhance user experience.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guiding them to leverage data effectively while enabling self-service analytics capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help shape the future of our data-driven organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large, complex datasets to extract insights and support strategic decisions within the Product & Technology division.Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to improve product performance and user engagement.Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into analytical solutions.Design and execute experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to validate hypotheses and measure product enhancements.Enable product teams to adopt self-service analytics for independent decision-making.Collaborate directly with product leaders and decision-makers to define KPIs and measure success.Work closely with engineers to ensure data accuracy, implement tracking solutions, and streamline data pipelines.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in the software or tech industry.Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques .Exceptional communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.Experience with Python or R is a plus.EEO:“Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
