Boutiqaat is looking for an Assistant Manager – Business Finance to support and elevate our finance operations with strategic insight, smart automation, and data-backed performance management. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive budget efficiency, implement robust financial controls, and play a key role in shaping the financial future of one of the region’s leading e-commerce platforms.What You’ll Be Doing:- Prepare, update, and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets- Conduct Budget vs Actual reporting with variance analysis and insights- Collaborate with business units to align budgets and annual operating plans with KPIs- Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports with business performance summaries- Plan and manage working capital to support business needs and growth- Review business processes, introduce automation, and financial controls for better efficiency- Analyze and make recommendations on accounting, tax, and IFRS updates- Support special assignments such as due diligence, internal controls assessments, and securities listings- Review contracts, financial commitments, and transactions to ensure alignment with company policiesWhat You’ll Bring:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Professional qualifications like CPA/CA/CMA are a plus)- Post qualification 1-3 years of experience in finance roles with strong exposure to budgeting, MIS reporting, and process improvement- Strong understanding of IFRS, financial regulations, and working capital optimization- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial tools/ERP systems- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills- A proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes
