Role- Employment Counsel- Legal Team- DM- BangaloreLocation- BangaloreDesignation- Deputy ManagerThe responsibilities include:Candidate will be part of the Firms legal team and support the Firms senior counsels on employment law matters pertaining to the Firm and its affiliate entities within India and South Asia region. The responsibilities includeAssist in review of agreements related to hiring of different types of resourcesDraft and review documents related to requests pertaining to employment lawsLiaise with internal stakeholders such as talent team, legal experts, general counselPerforming legal research on employment laws legal aspects as may be requiredPrepare a monthly legal update tracker on employment laws and circulate within OGC/legal team,Assist the talent team in relation to notices received from labour office, employee matter as well as workforce relatedAssist in review of talent policies (new as well as existing) from employment and contractual law standpointAssist human resource and business teams in employment law compliance reviews and responsesWillingness to assume additional responsibilities as needed; and other related legal responsibilities as the Firm may assign from time to time to protect its interests .
