Cyber Security Engineer

OVERVIEWRUDRA Cybersecurity Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Security Engineer for our Mumbai office, with deep technical expertise to lead and strengthen the security posture of our products and infrastructure. This role demands hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity tools, secure coding practices, system hardening and proactive threat hunting. You will work at the intersection of product security, network security and automation. This position involves working closely with our product development, network engineering, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure design, deployment and operation of our RouterOS-based solutions and internal systems. To know more about what we do visit our website RESPONSIBILITIESSecurity Audits: You will be responsible for conducting various security audits such as Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), Web Application Penetration Testing (WAPT), Cloud Security Audit, Configuration Audit, On-Premises Security Audit, Social Engineering and Physical Security Audits.DevOps and DevSecOps: You will be expected to be proficient in DevOps and DevSecOps and manage server and system administration.Programming, Development and Software Management: You will be expected to have programming and development skills and be able to manage software projects.OSINT: You will be expected to have skills in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and use it to conduct research.IT Administrative Work and Maintenance: You will be responsible for IT administrative work and maintenance.Creative Thinking and Ideating: You will be expected to think creatively and ideate new technologies, products and services and develop software and toolsets as required.Client Management: You will be expected to liaise with clients and maintain formal communications between external and internal teams as well as conduct social media campaigns.Documentation: You will be responsible for maintaining proper documentation of all tasks done.
