We are currently looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our team and work on exciting Industrial projects.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Staff at XSIO Logistics Parks in Nagpur. The Architectural Staff will be responsible for architectural design, communication with stakeholders, solution architecture, and integration tasks related to the logistics park's infrastructure and facilities.


Qualifications

  • Architecture and Architectural Design skills
  • Communication skills
  • Experience in Solution Architecture and Integration
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Proficiency in software like AutoCAD and Revit is a must. Knowledge of SketchUp or 3Ds Max shall be an added advantage.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural concepts and designs for various Industrial project types.
  • Create detailed Logistics Parks Layouts and Industrial Building drawings, blueprints, and 3D visualizations using design software.
  • Collaborate with Senior Team members, clients and Management to bring ideas to life.
  • Research materials, construction methods, and sustainable practices.
  • Prepare project presentations, documentation, and reports.
  • • Ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Preparation of project cost estimation and BOQ
  • Preparation of project cost analysis
  • Assist in client meetings and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Collaborate in the design process, including brainstorming, research, and presenting ideas.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments as needed.
