We are currently looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our team and work on exciting Industrial projects.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Staff at XSIO Logistics Parks in Nagpur. The Architectural Staff will be responsible for architectural design, communication with stakeholders, solution architecture, and integration tasks related to the logistics park's infrastructure and facilities.
QualificationsArchitecture and Architectural Design skillsCommunication skillsExperience in Solution Architecture and IntegrationStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentProficiency in relevant software and toolsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related fieldProficiency in software like AutoCAD and Revit is a must. Knowledge of SketchUp or 3Ds Max shall be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:Develop architectural concepts and designs for various Industrial project types.Create detailed Logistics Parks Layouts and Industrial Building drawings, blueprints, and 3D visualizations using design software.Collaborate with Senior Team members, clients and Management to bring ideas to life.Research materials, construction methods, and sustainable practices.Prepare project presentations, documentation, and reports.• Ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.Preparation of project cost estimation and BOQPreparation of project cost analysisAssist in client meetings and presentations.Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.Collaborate in the design process, including brainstorming, research, and presenting ideas.Conduct site visits and assessments as needed.
