Multimedia Graphic Designer - Digital Marketing Team

We are seeking a creative and innovative Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality visual content across various platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia formats. This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, an eye for detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life through creative design solutions.
Requirements
Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital platforms, such as social media, websites, presentations, advertisements, and brochures.
- Develop branding materials, including logos, business cards, and stationery.
Multimedia Content Creation:
- Design and produce engaging multimedia content, such as animations, videos, and interactive presentations, using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant software.
- Collaborate on video production tasks, including scripting, editing, and post-production.
Concept Development:
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Website & Social Media Design:
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing website elements, including banners, icons, and infographics.
- Create dynamic content tailored for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in visual branding.
Research & Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into design work.
- Conduct competitor analysis to improve the effectiveness of design campaigns.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
Asset Management:
- Maintain a library of design assets, templates, and files for easy access and reuse.
- Ensure proper file organization and adherence to brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Creative & Analytical Skills:
- Strong sense of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
- Ability to think creatively and produce fresh, innovative ideas.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in multimedia graphic design or a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Adaptability to evolving project requirements.
Additional Requirements:
- Passion for visual storytelling and design excellence.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video production workflows.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuous learning.
