The 'Relationship Manager' plays a critical role in our mandate-driven business model, representing the company in building deep relationships with property owners, developers, and prospective buyers. You will be responsible for sourcing and managing real estate mandates, advising clients on property investments, and ensuring a high-conversion sales pipeline. This is a high-impact role that blends real estate sales, advisory, and strategic relationship management. Provide expert guidance on pricing, location advantages, project details, and overall value proposition. # Sales & Lead Management # Stay updated on market trends, upcoming projects, pricing insights, and competitor offerings. # Liaise with developers for inventory availability, pricing updates, and project information. # Ensure accurate communication of project details to clients. Documentation & CRM # Use CRM tools to track follow-ups and keep sales data updated Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). #2+ years of experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles. # Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in real estate may also apply.
