We are looking for a HR lead to bring energy on the floor and create the Quess culture and belongingness. If you are from the IT Company and have an in-depth knowledge of HR operation and business support and strategy this role might be for you.

ROLE: HRBP Lead- QITS

Location: Bangalore, Electronic City

Job Summary: As the HR Business Partner (HRBP) Lead, He/she will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and driving organizational success through effective people strategies. He /She will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR support and guidance to foster a high-performance culture and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

 Strategic Partnership: Develop strong relationships with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges and provide strategic HR support and guidance.

 Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning to ensure a robust pipeline of talent aligned with business needs.

 Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

 Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth, restructuring, and transformational changes, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement throughout the process.

 Organizational Development: Partner with business leaders to identify and address organizational development needs, including team effectiveness, leadership development, and culture initiatives.

 HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive datadriven decision-making to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

 HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR function and the achievement of organizational goals.

Qualifications:

 Master 's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a must.

 Candidates who are working with IT services or IT consulting companies is mandatory.

 12+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering and stakeholder management.

 Strong understanding of HR best practices, Employee engagement, employee retention etc.

 Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive change.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.

 HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) will added advantage
