Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Approvals & LicensingObtain and renew mandatory licenses and approvals including:PCPNDT (Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques) Act approvalsART Registration (Level 1 & Level 2 Clinics)Bombay Nursing Home RegistrationFire NOC / Fire Safety clearancesChange of Usage and Municipal PermissionsBio-Medical Waste Management approvalsPollution Control Board clearanceTrade license and other relevant compliances also under the scope of liasoning officer.Ensure timely renewal of all licenses without lapse.Government & External LiaisonBuild and maintain relationships with:Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, and Urban Development Authorities.Local statutory bodies, Police, and Nodal Officers for compliance and inspections.ART/PCPNDT advisory boards and medical councils.Documentation & CompliancePrepare, verify, and submit all required documents for regulatory applications.Maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location.Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities.Ensure strict adherence to PCPNDT, ART Act, and local/state healthcare regulations.Operational SupportWork closely with Expansion/Projects team during clinic setup to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules.Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded in clinic design and operations.
