Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Approvals & Licensing- Obtain and renew mandatory licenses and approvals including:- PCPNDT (Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques) Act approvals- ART Registration (Level 1 & Level 2 Clinics)- Bombay Nursing Home Registration- Fire NOC / Fire Safety clearances- Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions- Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals- Pollution Control Board clearance- Trade license and other relevant compliances also under the scope of liasoning officer.- Ensure timely renewal of all licenses without lapse.Government & External Liaison- Build and maintain relationships with:- Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, and Urban Development Authorities.- Local statutory bodies, Police, and Nodal Officers for compliance and inspections.- ART/PCPNDT advisory boards and medical councils.Documentation & Compliance- Prepare, verify, and submit all required documents for regulatory applications.- Maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location.- Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities.- Ensure strict adherence to PCPNDT, ART Act, and local/state healthcare regulations.Operational Support- Work closely with Expansion/Projects team during clinic setup to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules.- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded in clinic design and operations.
