Key Approvals & Licensing:Obtain and renew mandatory licenses and approvals including:- PCPNDT (Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques) Act approvals.- ART Registration (Level 1 & Level 2 Clinics).- Bombay Nursing Home Registration.- Fire NOC / Fire Safety clearances.- Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions.- Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals.- Pollution Control Board clearance.- Trade license and other relevant compliances also under the scope of liasoning officer.Ensure timely renewal of all licenses without lapse.Government & External Liaison:Build and maintain relationships with:- Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, and Urban Development Authorities.- Local statutory bodies, Police, and Nodal Officers for compliance and inspections.- ART/PCPNDT advisory boards and medical councils.Documentation & Compliance:- Prepare, verify, and submit all required documents for regulatory applications.- Maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location.- Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities.- Ensure strict adherence to PCPNDT, ART Act, and local/state healthcare regulations.Operational Support:- Work closely with Expansion/Projects team during clinic setup to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules.- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded in clinic design and operations.
